3. The minimum duration of the loan is 6 months and the maximum duration is 30 years.
4. There is no prepayment penalty or early payment repercussion
5. The borrower will provide his or her valid ID card for verification purpose.
6. The borrower must be willing to pay back the loan within the due date. Failure to pay back the loan at the expected date / period, will attract a legal action.
7. The borrower will have 6 months grace period before he or she start making the first payment
8. The borrower will receive his / her loan through bank to bank transfer there is a general expense / origination fee which is approved by the truth in lending act (TILA) guiding the lending policy in USA. which is determined by the loan and paid by client when the loan has been approved.
9. Borrower will receive his or her loan funds within 3 to 5 business days after starting up the loan process. 10. The loan is asset based. Credit call is not necessary
